Conditions of Use
- Prices The prices on www.wellnesspure.ch are according to our price list and include VAT.
- Order You can order around the clock. Once your order has arrived, you will receive an email as confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service (078 628 79 32).
- Delivery You will usually receive your delivery by post within 4 to 5 working days after placing your order. We charge a delivery fee of CHF 9.00.
- Supply restriction The online shop at www.wellnesspure.ch is available exclusively to customers from Switzerland. Customers from abroad should contact the respective representation.
- Terms of payment Together with your order, you will receive an invoice, which you can comfortably pay within 30 days of receipt.
- Complaints Any order that does not meet your expectations, we will take back within 14 days after receipt of the goods. If you have a reason to complain, please contact us. We solve the problem!
- Data protection Your personal data will be used exclusively by us and will not be passed on to third parties.
